Abstract
U radu su opisane neke strategije pronalaženja ljudskih potencijala s naglaskom na one koje nalazimo u hrvatskoj praksi. Osim pronalaženja ljudskih potencijala potrebno je pratiti i način upravljanja ljudskim potencijalima i njihov razvoj. U praktičnom dijelu rada provest će se istraživanje analizom eksploratorne studije slučaja na primjeru nekoliko velikih hrvatskih poduzeća. Prikazana je deskriptivna analiza rezultata provedene ankete o radu odjela ljudskih potencijala u nekoliko velikih poduzeća u RH.
