Abstract
Ovaj rad razmatra definicije intervjua za zapošljavanje, vještine i tehnike intervjuiranja, pripremu za intervju, te osobine koje su poželjne kod intervjuista i potencijalnih kandidata. U radu će također biti navedene i objašnjene vrste intervjua, te najvažnija i najčešće postavljena pitanja. Uz teoretski dio, rad će sadržavati primjere intervjua za posao, životopisa, te zamolbe za posao, kao i nekoliko studija slučaja vezanih uz pripremu i komunikaciju kandidata tijekom intervjua.
