Abstract
Kroz ovaj rad je ponajprije objašnjeno što je to motivacija i zašto je ona važna. Kroz godine istraživanja teoretičari su došli do mnogih teorija motivacija o kojima će biti najviše riječi. Uz to, spominju se i posebne motivacijske taktike koje također mogu utjecati na motivaciju te motivatori koji mogu biti intrinzični i ekstrinzični. Na kraju je kroz anketu provedeno istraživanje nad studentima u cilju saznanja koji su njihovi najveći motivatori te kako pojedini elementi radnog mjesta utječu na njihovu motivaciju.
