Abstract
Pojava kompetitivnog tržišta, opis njegove strukture koja ima neke zajedničke značajke sa savršenom konkurencijom. Broj proizvođača na tržištu nije nužno velik, ali se zbog međusobnih prijetnji koje si poduzeća pružaju, tržište ponaša na konkurentan način. Prijetnje starim poduzećima, također pružaju i brzi ulasci novih na tržište. Tržište ima tri glavne značajke: nema ulaznih ili izlaznih barijera, nema nepovratnih troškova, te sva poduzeća i sudionici imaju pristup istoj tehnologiji.
