Abstract
Interkulturalna komunikacija i bonton predstavljaju čimbenike kvalitetnih poslovnih odnosa u poslovnom okruženju. Cilj rada je istražiti i analizirati kako zaposlenici percipiraju važnost poslovnog bontona i interkulturalne komunikacije. Istraživanje se temelji na analizi stavova zaposlenika na primjeru jedne poslovne organizacije u RH, koja djeluje u međunarodnom okruženju. U radu će se navesti teorije i prikazati dosadašnja istraživanja interkulturalne komunikacijske kompetencije te uloge bontona u poslovnom okruženju. Provest će se istraživanje na temelju kojeg će se analizirati važnost poznavati kulturu i običaje poslovnih partnera te dati smjernice za primjenu rezultata.
