Abstract
Cilj ovog rada jest opisivanje analitičkog CRM-a u okviru upravljanja odnosa s klijentima s informatičkog aspekta gledanja. CRM će biti prikazan kao moćna poslovna strategija usmjerena na potrebe i ponašanja potrošača u cilju stvaranja odnosa lojalnosti, konkurentske prednosti i povećanja profita poduzeća. Customer Relationship Management biti će razrađen u okviru svojih podsustava: operativnog, analitičkog i kolaborativnog. Naglasak je stavljen na upravljanje analitičkim CRM-om čija je uloga prikupljanje, pohranjivanje i sistematizacija podataka o kupcima pomoću BI (Business Intelligence) alata. Primjerima organizacije i djelovanja CRM-a na području Republike Hrvatske bit će pak prikazano kako analitički CRM funkcionira u stvarnim sustavima.
