Abstract
Tema ovog diplomskog rada je utjecaj društvenih medija i umrežavanja na performanse zaposlenika. Društvene mreže postale su neizostavan dio poslovanja, a njihova upotreba može imati i pozitivne i negativne posljedice na zaposlenike i organizacije. U radu su navedene i detaljno opisane najpopularnije društvene mreže današnjice; Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, LinkedIn, X. Također, opisan je i njihov utjecaj u poslovanju te koje su im prednosti i nedostaci. Opisan je i dizajn posla, njegove... More strategije i važnost. Uz to, vežu se performanse zaposlenika, kako se mogu mjeriti i poboljšati. Na kraju, opisana je angažiranost zaposlenika, njihova motivacija u korištenju društvenih mreža te je dan pregled pozitivnih i negativnih strana utjecaja društvenih mreža na zaposlenike. Kao dio istraživanja, provedena je i analiza putem anketnog upitnika. Anketa je postavljena online te je cilj bio istražiti kako korištenje društvenih mreža utječe na produktivnost, komunikaciju i razvoj zaposlenika. Less
