Abstract
U teorijskom dijelu rada definiran je akademski uspjeh kroz nekoliko aspekata te iz proučenih istraživanja istaknuti su neki od bitnih čimbenika koji utječu na akademski uspjeh. U istraživačkom dijelu rada ispitano je koji pristup učenju studenti najčešće koriste te postoji li razlika u spolu vezana uz bolje akademsko postignuće.
