Abstract

Rad obrađuje proces upravljanja projektima u sektoru energetskog građevinarstva i korištenja
informacijske tehnologije s ciljem optimiziranja svih čimbenika koji utječu na konačnu ocjenu
kvalitete projekta. Provedeno istraživanje u radu usmjereno je prema informacijskom modelu
koji je sposoban projicirati potrebnu kvalitetu zgrade s obzirom na uvjete projektiranja, uvjete
izgradnje, uvjete zbog odmaka vremena te uvjete zbog korištenja zgrade. Takav model ima
zadatak detektirati nedostatke te ponuditi adekvatne korektivne mjere ili procedure kako bi se
zadržala ili povećala željena kvaliteta. U radu se takav informacijski model upravljanja
preciznošću oslanja na četiri novoidentificirana indeksa kvalitete. Doktorski rad je koncipiran
u sedam poglavlja. U okviru prvog poglavlja doktorske disertacije opisani su motivi odabira
teme, definiran je i opisan problem istraživanja te su navedeni ciljevi istraživanja i zadane
hipoteze. U drugom poglavlju objašnjena je važnost energetske učinkovitosti u današnjem
poslovanju kroz parametre vezane uz fiziku zgrade. Treće poglavlje govori o postojećoj
metodologiji procjene projekata energetske učinkovitosti zgrade. Definira i opisuje algoritme
za proračun potrebne energije te ukazuje na nedostatke postojeće metodologije kao i postojećeg
modela. U četvrtom poglavlju opisani su ciljevi istraživanja i metode istraživanja koje su se
koristile za prikupljanje i obradu podataka. U petom poglavlju opisani su parametarski kriteriji
te postojeća ograničenja koja se odnose na definirane parametre. Prikazani su i objašnjeni
metodološki i matematički temelji korištene metode. Šesto poglavlje sadržava metodološki i
matematički opis modela. U sedmom poglavlju prikazani su rezultati koje daje novi model.
Prikazana je komparacija dobivenih rezultata novim odnosno postojećim modelom procjene
kvalitete.

Abstract (english)

The thesis elaborates on the process of managing projects in the sector of energy efficiency
civil engineering and usage of information technology with the objective of optimization of all
factors that influence final assessment of project quality. The research was oriented towards
information model which is capable of projecting the required quality of the building,
conditions caused by time lapse and conditions caused by the usage of the building. Such model
has the task to detect deficiencies and offer adequate improvement measures or procedure sin
order to maintain or increase desired quality. In the thesis such precision management model
relies on four newly identified quality indexes. The thesis is divided in seven chapters. The first
chapter of the thesis describes the rationale of topic selection, defines problem area that is
researched and outlines research objectives and defined hypotheses. The second chapter
explains the importance of energy efficiency in current business practices through parameters
related to the physical properties of the building. The third chapter talks about the existing
methodology of project assessment of energy efficiency of buildings. It defines and describes
algorithms for calculation of necessary energy and indicates deficiencies of the existing
methodology and the existing model. The fourth chapter describes research objectives and
methods used for collecting and processing data. The fifth chapter describes parameter criteria
and existing limitations that refer to defined parameters. Methodological and mathematical
foundations and methods are outlined and explained. The sixth chapter comprises
methodological and mathematical description on the model. The seventh chapter provides an
outline of results obtained by usage of the new model. It also presents comparison of results
obtained with the new and the existing quality assessment model.
